We keep this policy intentionally simple. Yowlr was designed to avoid collecting personal data whenever possible.

Yowlr is operated by Serv Werk Slay, LLC (“SWS”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
For the purposes of privacy and consumer protection laws in the United States and internationally, SWS acts as the data controller for any information described in this policy.

2. What Information We Collect

We do not collect, store, share, or sell personal information.

Specifically:

• We do not ask for your name, email address, location, contacts, photos, or any other identifying information.

• We do not run analytics, advertising, tracking SDKs, or behavioral monitoring tools.
  
  

The only data involved in the app is handled by third-party services that process purchases or deliver optional content.

3. Camera Use

Some features of the app request access to your device’s camera so you can take photos or videos of your pet.

• Any photos or videos you create are saved only on your device.

• We do not collect, store, transmit, or process these images or videos.

• We never receive copies of your media and cannot access or view content stored on your device.
  
  

4. Purchases and Subscriptions

All payments are processed securely by the platform where you downloaded the app:

• Apple App Store

SWS does not receive your payment details, billing information, account data, or personal identifiers.

Subscription Management (RevenueCat)

We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and entitlements.

RevenueCat may process:

• Anonymous device identifiers

• Purchase tokens
  
  

These are used only to:

• Confirm an active subscription

• Restore access across your devices
  
  

We do not receive or store this data.

5. Downloadable Content

Optional downloadable content is hosted using Amazon CloudFront.

When you download content:

• Your device sends a basic request so the file can be delivered

• We do not see, log, or store these requests

6. Children’s Privacy

Yowlr is not designed for children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data through the app, contact us at contact@yowlr.app, and we will take appropriate action.

7. International Users

Yowlr is available worldwide. This section explains how international privacy laws apply, even though we do not collect personal data.

European Union & United Kingdom (GDPR / UK GDPR)

We provide this Privacy Policy in accordance with GDPR requirements. Because we do not collect personal data, no lawful basis for processing is required. You may contact us at any time with questions.

Brazil (LGPD)

Japan (APPI)

We disclose the use of RevenueCat and CloudFront as third-party processors. They do not provide us with access to personal information.

South Korea (PIPA)

We do not collect personal data. RevenueCat may handle anonymous device identifiers solely for purchase validation.

China (PIPL)

We do not collect, store, or transfer personal information. Any data processed by Apple, Google, or RevenueCat occurs outside mainland China and is governed by their respective privacy policies.

8. Data Security

Because we do not store personal data, we do not maintain user databases.

Payments and subscription entitlements are handled securely by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat using their own systems and safeguards.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the app evolves or as laws change. If material updates are made, the revised policy will be made available within the app.

Your continued use of Yowlr indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
