Thank you for using Yowlr, our app (hereinafter, the “app”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how it is used, and what rights you have. We keep this simple because we designed the app to avoid collecting personal data whenever possible.

1. Who We Are

This app is operated by WildPasta Co, LLC (“WPC”, “us”, “we”, or “ours”). For the purpose of privacy and consumer laws in the United States and internationally, WPC acts as the data controller for any information described in this policy.

2. What Information We Collect

We do not collect, store, share, or sell any personal information.

We do not ask for your name, email, location, contacts, photos, or anything else that can identify you. We also do not run analytics, ads, tracking SDKs, or behavioral data tools.

The only data involved in the app comes through third-party services that handle purchases and deliver optional content.

3. Camera Use

Some features in the app may request access to your device’s camera so you can take photos or videos of your pet. When you use these features, any photos or videos you create are saved only on your device.

We do not collect, store, transmit, or process these images or videos in any way.

We never receive copies of your photos or videos, and we cannot access or view the media saved on your device.

4. Purchases and Subscriptions

All payments are processed securely by the platform where you downloaded the app.

WPC does not receive your payment details, billing information, account information, or any personal identifiers from the app stores.

RevenueCat

We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and entitlements. RevenueCat may process anonymous device identifiers or purchase tokens to confirm your active subscription. These are used only to validate what you purchased and restore your access on your devices.

We do not receive or store any of this data.

5. Downloadable Content

Optional downloadable content is hosted on Amazon CloudFront. When you access this content, your device sends a basic request to CloudFront so the file can be delivered. We do not see or store these requests, and they are not linked to any personal information.

6. Children’s Privacy

Our app is not designed for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data through the app, email us at contact@yowlr.app and we will delete it.

7. International Users

The app is used around the world, so this section explains how privacy laws apply even when we do not collect personal data.

European Union and United Kingdom (GDPR and UK GDPR)

We provide this Privacy Policy in compliance with GDPR requirements. Since we do not collect personal data, no lawful basis for processing is needed. You may contact us at any time with questions.

Brazil (LGPD)

We do not collect or process personal data as defined under LGPD. You may request information or raise concerns by emailing contact@yowlr.app.

Japan (APPI)

We disclose the use of RevenueCat and CloudFront as third-party processors. They do not give us access to personal information.

South Korea (PIPA)

We do not collect personal data. RevenueCat may handle anonymous device identifiers to validate purchases.

China (PIPL)

We do not collect, store, or transfer any personal information. Any data processed by Apple, Google, or RevenueCat occurs outside mainland China and is handled according to their policies.

8. Data Security

Because we do not store personal data, we do not maintain user databases. Payments and entitlements are handled by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat using their own secure systems.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the app evolves or as laws change. If we make material updates, we will post the revised version inside the app. Your continued use of the app means you accept the updated policy.
